Include your phone model, Android version, game version, level number, what happened and what you expected. Screenshots are optional. Do not include passwords, banking information or unrelated private data.

Before clearing storage

Closing and reopening the app is safer than clearing storage. Clearing storage removes local progress, coins and unlocks. The game has no developer-operated cloud-save account.

Ads and rewards

If an ad or reward fails, mention the offer, time and what appeared on screen. Ad availability varies. Never click an advertisement just to support the developer.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the email address, message and any screenshots or technical information you choose to send. We use these to answer you, investigate a problem or handle a privacy request. Our email provider processes the message to deliver this service.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or other unnecessary personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us for a child’s privacy request.
