Publisher and contact
Spring Rush (com.adburner.springrush) is published by Adburner Media Solutions, operated by ADBURNER MEDIA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Address: 15/408 Champa Road, Shuklaganj, Ganga Ghat, Unnao 209861, India.
Privacy and support: adburnertechnology@gmail.com.
This policy covers the Android game and its Spring Rush support pages.
Data on your device
Level progress, stars, coins, heroes, weapons, weather selections, earned bonuses, boss-guide unlocks and game settings are saved locally on your device. A local backup helps recover a damaged save.
The game has no login, player account, chat or developer-operated cloud save. Our game code does not upload your save files. Android backup and device-transfer services may process app data according to your device settings.
Age range and ad choices
The game asks for an age range: under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older. It stores this range on your device, not your date of birth.
Until a range is selected, and for under-13 selections, the game does not initialize or request AdMob ads. Ages 13–17 receive conservative child/under-age ad treatment and a G ad-content setting. Adults use a PG ad-content limit.
Change your choice in Settings > AD SETTINGS. Choosing NOT NOW keeps advertising off until you select a range.
Advertising data
Spring Rush uses Google AdMob for banners, interstitials and optional rewarded ads. When the ad SDK operates, it can process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app/ad interactions, performance information and device identifiers, including advertising ID and app set ID where available.
Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Data availability depends on device settings, consent and the ad service. Test ads can also involve SDK data processing.
Consent and rewards
The game requests updated consent information from Google’s User Messaging Platform and shows a required form when the service indicates one is needed. Ad requests depend on the SDK’s current permission state. Where available, Settings > PRIVACY CHOICES reopens the privacy form.
Rewarded ads are optional. The offer states its reward, such as a revive, weather choice or bonus. A free restart remains available after failure. Ads and rewards may be unavailable without a connection or available ad inventory.
Diagnostics and permissions
Unity engine diagnostics collection is disabled in the 0.8.9 release. Google’s ad SDK can still process its own performance diagnostics when advertising is enabled.
The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS or precise GPS access. Advertising-related permissions and identifiers can be used by the ad SDK. Local progress is not the same as advertising data. The game’s age selection does not change your Android account or device-level privacy settings.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive the email address, message and any screenshots or technical information you choose to send. We use these to answer you, investigate a problem or handle a privacy request. Our email provider processes the message to deliver this service.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or other unnecessary personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us for a child’s privacy request.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains on the device until app data is cleared or the app is removed; device backups may retain copies according to Android settings. Clearing storage removes progress, coins and unlocks. Android Settings > Apps > Spring Rush > Storage > Clear storage can remove local data; wording varies by phone.
For information you sent to support, email a deletion request. We retain support records only as needed to handle requests and meet applicable legal, security or dispute-resolution requirements. Google manages its advertising-data retention under its own policies.
Children and parents
The game uses age-range protections described in this policy and does not offer direct messaging, registration or public player profiles. Advertising stays off for an under-13 selection.
We do not request a child’s name, birthday or contact details in gameplay. If you believe personal information from a child was sent to us, contact adburnertechnology@gmail.com so we can investigate and handle deletion where appropriate. Parents can also manage device privacy and backup settings.
Security and your rights
Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmitted user data using TLS. Local game saves are stored in Android app storage; this is not a promise that every local file is encrypted. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact the privacy email for information held by us. For Google-held data, use Google’s privacy controls. You may also contact your relevant privacy authority.
Website and service policies
The supplied Spring Rush support pages have no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, cookies, login or web form. Website hosting may produce delivery/security logs such as IP address and requested page. Other company pages and external services have their own practices.
